All aluminum Wing and composite covered Fuselage.

Fuselage is a complete "nose to tail" TIG welded 4130 Chromoly Steel frame Giving a very strong cockpit safety cell. Not the quickest or easiest to manufacture but accepted in the industry as the best. Add to this an all composite Carbon fiber reinforced fuselage shell and its safety factor is astonishing.

Trainer suitability. Dual flight controls are standard as are hand operated hydraulic brakes and wheels which give exceptional stopping ability under all conditions.

 

 

1. Quick and easy to Build. All parts are pre fabricated at the factory and no special tools or Jigs are required to build the aircraft. Alignment holes are CNC pre-drilled and you don't need the engineering skills of an aircraft engineer to assemble them.

5. Safety from Fire. Fuel is carried in the wing tanks to minimize the risk of fuselage fire under certain situations.

 

6. Superb Handling Qualities with the clean efficient, high performance, all aluminum flap and aileron wing. The state of the art wing airfoil coupled with Frise type ailerons and Fowler flaps virtually eliminate all adverse yaw and ensure slow approach speeds ready for landing. Touch down is at an 45mph and yet on only 65mph, cruise speed in excess of 100mph are easily achieved.

7. Built to last.Low drag and aesthetically pleasing fuselage are achieved using sculptured carbon fiber reinforced fiberglass fuselage shell and tail surfaces. The composite parts are made from epoxy resins which are heat cured for several hours to ensure high and low temperature resilience.

8. Wing skins come pre-drilled and all aluminum parts are supplied corrosion prevention treated. The wing ribs are preformed and require no bending or straightening and the spars are pre-cut to size to eliminate any builder errors. Composit Fuselage shells and tail feathers are epoxy primer coated to eliminate the pinhole syndrome often associated with other kit designs' components.

The empty weight is approximate due to a 4% Mil. Spec. tolerance on materials.
This aircraft is NOT designed for aerobatics.
